- A successful unboxing video must be provided, showing the box being opened for the first time upon delivery. This video will serve as proof that the product was received in its original condition.
- All tags, certificates, and additional items (if any) must be included in the return.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Attach the unboxing video as part of your return request. Returns without this video proof will not be accepted.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it back to us. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged during delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return reaches us safely.
4. Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
